The so-called special color refers to the dye that has an unusually bright color and cannot be combined with commonly used dyes, and its dyeing performance has certain special characteristics. Such as: active turquoise blue, active brilliant blue.

The basic properties of Reactive Turquoise Blue and Reactive Brilliant Blue belong to the category of medium-temperature reactive dyes, but there is a strong "personality" in practical performance.

For example, Reactive Turquoise Blue, because it is a copper phthalocyanine-type vinyl sulfone dye, has a large molecular weight and severely lacks linearity, so it has poor diffusion ability, weak reaction ability, difficulty in deepening, and poor fastness. Because of this, when dyeing with the dip dyeing method, the weaker alkaline soda ash is used as the fixing alkali agent, and high temperature (80°C) must be used to absorb and fix the color. If the color is absorbed and fixed at medium temperature (60°C), or the color is absorbed and fixed at high temperature (80°C), and the color is fixed at medium temperature (60°C), the alkaline trisodium phosphate or complex alkali (soda ash + caustic soda) must be used. Used as fixing alkali agent. Practice has proved that only in this way can the diffusion rate and fixation rate of the active turquoise be effectively improved, so as to obtain a good leveling and penetration effect, a higher fixation depth, and better color fastness.
Reactive brilliant blue is an anthraquinone type vinyl sulfone dye. Its biggest performance feature is that it is particularly sensitive to saline. In the alkaline dyeing solution, due to the hydrophilic 3-hydroxyethyl sulfone sulfate active group in the dye, the "elimination reaction" (sulfate group shedding) will occur quickly, and it will become hydrophobic but highly reactive ethylene. Sulfone. In the initial stage of dip dyeing and alkali fixation, the "sudden dyeing" phenomenon of the dye is serious, and the "cohesion" phenomenon is prominent (especially when the dielectric concentration is high). It is easy to produce unevenness, and even excessive aggregation and precipitation of dyes can cause "bad soup" in the dyeing solution and cause dyeing failure.

Therefore, Reactive Turquoise Blue and Reactive Brilliant Blue are used for cold pad-batch dyeing with low temperature and strong alkalinity, and the process conditions must be different from other reactive dyes.
